We have a copy of Tarcille Louise Antoinette Fleet's will. Her Legacy went to her nephews and nieces (Mortimer's children are named in the document).
Therefore Mortimer is Tarcille's brother.
We know Mortimer Douyere was 22 y.o at time of his marriage, he was living 4 Jorotallao Street and was Compositor in the Orphan Press.
